When you fill out a form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the type of apartment you are looking for, your budget, your desired move-in date, your parking needs and, where applicable, the unit you are interested in. We also record how you found us (for example, the sign on the construction site). We do not ask for any financial or credit information at this stage.

Use

This information is used only to contact you about renting an apartment at 12242 Lachapelle Street: sending information and floor plans, scheduling a visit and following up on your request.

Sharing with third parties

Your information is shared with our leasing agent, who uses it for the same purposes. It is stored in Google tools (Google Sheets and Gmail). It is never sold or shared for any other purpose.

Retention

We keep your information until the end of the building's initial lease-up period, and no longer than 24 months after you sign up, after which it is destroyed. You may ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies and storage on your device

This website uses no advertising cookies. It keeps your contact information on your device so that you don't have to type it again for another request, and remembers that you have seen the promotion window. You can erase this data by clearing the site data in your browser.
